Recovery Setback — All Major Services Offline

Data recovery went sideways and we’re hard offline until things have been fixed. Data appears to be intact but it’ll be at least two week of recovery.

Plex and Immich Back Online — Read-Only During Recovery

Recovery of the storage system is underway. While it continues, the services you use most for viewing are back online: Plex, Immich, and other browsing services are available again, so you can watch and look through existing content as normal.

During recovery, which is expected to take several days, the storage system is running with limited capacity. Anything that adds or changes content is temporarily on hold. In practice this means no new media will be added — new Plex titles won’t appear and new photos and videos won’t upload to Immich — until recovery is complete.

Existing content is unaffected. We’ll post another update once the storage system is fully recovered and normal activity resumes.
